St.Lucia Bodybuilding athletes off to barbados to compete at CAC

On July 25th 2022 the Saint Lucia Amateur Bodybuilding and Body Fitness Association will be taking 5 esteemed athletes to Barbados to participate in the Central American & Caribbean Games to be held from the 27th of July to August 1st.

These five athletes include Kirby Charles & Jabari Brouet representing the Men's Physique division, Kirton Hubert representing the Bodybuilding division, Rocheal Phillip representing the Bikini Fitness division and Veld John representing the Body Fitness division. These athletes were carefully selected by a panel of judges who determined that they met the specifications required to represent St. Lucia in their respective divisions.

Among them will also be 4 executive members namely Jacqueline Trim a Judge and President of the association, Monica Dudley the Vice President and head of the Technical committee, Darren Hosier the Chief Judge of the association and Shermain George the executive assistant and Manager. They will accompany these athletes and help them prepare for their events once they have landed.

The Team has high hopes for these athletes and are grateful to their sponsors for helping them attend this important regional event. These sponsors include the St. Lucia Olympic Committee, The Ministry of Sports and the St. Lucia National Lottery's Authority.

This will be the first time competing at this level for Kirby Charles, Kirton Hubert and Rocheal Phillip while Miss Jacqueline Trim and Miss Monica Dudley will be attending the regional congress in time to participate in elections of committee members for the region held every 4 years.
