Suspected Drowning in Marigot Bay

Saint Lucia police are investigating the suspected drowning of a Canaries man, identified as Danley Noel.

Law enforcement officials say that a dinghy in which he was sailing is reported to have crashed into rocks somewhere between the Buckeye Marine Terminals and Marigot Bay.
