Suspected Suicide at Jetrine

Police is investigating a suspected suicide in Jetrine. The victim is identified as Jean-Francois Philip, 39.

SNN received a photo showing the victim hanging with a rope tied around his neck in a house.

 A post mortem examination is scheduled for Monday.
