Trinidad &Tobago Prime Minister Tests Positive For COVID-19

Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley has tested positive for COVID-19. 

The diagnosis comes mere hours before the PM was set to receive his first COVID-19 vaccine dose. 

According to the Office of the Prime Minister, Dr Rowley began experiencing flu-like symptoms yesterday evening and was tested for the virus.

Dr Rowley is in isolation and is under medical supervision.
