Two injured in vehicle Accident in Vieux Fort

The emergency officials responded to a vehicle accident which occurred in Vieux Fort on Sunday morning.

The officers found a man trapped in the vehicle and a woman a few yards away. She was ejected out of the jeep during the impact.

The jeep veered off the road and slammed into a tree and then overturned, according to reports.

Both victims were transported to St Judes hospital.

Information reaching St Lucia News Now says the jeep was a rental.
