Two marigot men charged for the murder of Kevin and attempted murder of another male

On Wednesday, February 22, 2023 about 3:45 p.m. officers attached to the Soufriere Police Station received a report of a shooting on Maurice Mason Street, Soufriere.

One male, identified as twenty-eight (28) year old Kevin St.Holl of Jacmel was injured during the incident and was pronounced dead on the scene by a medical practitioner. A second male resident of Carielle, Castries, also sustained gunshot injuries.

Eleven males were apprehended via a vessel by the Police Marine Unit. Two of the said males identified as Jeomani Pierre and Seth Sampson of Marigot were formally charged following an investigation conducted by the Major Crime Unit. They were charged for causing the death of Kevin St.Holl and the attempted murder of a second male injured during the incident. Both have been remanded in custody pending further case management.
