Two men shot in Roseau, one dead and one in Hospital

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a shooting incident in Roseau on Sunday morning at about 1 am.
Dead is Kelvin Polius alias Ratty, a resident of Belair.
Kelvin sustained multiple gunshot injuries about his body. A video was posted on social media showing the victim on the ground and one onlooker saying he will die.
Meanwhile a second victim sustained gunshot wounds. He was transported to the OKEU hospital in a stable condition.
