29-year-old Ian Fontinelle of Bagatelle is the victim of Sunday evening's motor vehicular accident in Bois D'Orange. According to the RSLPF, Fontinelle was hit by a vehicle driven by a non-national. The driver veered out of his lane, hitting Fontinelle in the process.
