Sincerest condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Desmond Brathwaite who has passed away. Mr. Brathwaite was a former UWP parliamentary representative for Castries South and a former Minister of Government, serving under former Prime Ministers Sir John Compton and Dr. Vaughan Lewis.
