WASCO crews are continuing to work to restore the water supply to customers on the Northern Distribution line

WASCO wishes to inform consumers that crews are continuing to work to restore the water supply to customers on the Northern Distribution line who have been affected by reduced network pressures. Customers in Piat, White Rock, Beausejour and Cap Estate may experience an extended period of low pressure over the coming days.

To divert more water to the north, service to the city of Castries will be temporarily interrupted from 6 pm to 6am nightly, beginning Saturday 8th February. This schedule will remain in effect until a working solution can be reached. A status update will be provided as necessary.

WASCO deeply regrets the inconvenience that this interruption has caused. We thank our valued customers for their patience and understanding.

We encourage consumers to promptly report any supply interruptions and/or localized faults to our north control room at 457-3958, 457-3960 or 451-9812. Additionally, reports can be made via WhatsApp Messenger by forwarding contact information and location to 482-0052.
